Elderflower Jelly We gently soak the elderflowers in a traditional method all by hand. This ensures we capture all of the aroma and freshness that is unique to the elderflower. This jam really adds something truly extraordinary to a cheese board, salad or meat dish.

Our Jams and Jellies are produced using a very slow and gentle soaking process.  This ensures all the aroma is preserved which is then bursting with the original flavour. The result is a surprisingly pleasent flavour, suitable for every palette. It adds something magical to cheese, meat, yogurt and of course dribbled all over hot buttery toast.   100% natural, organic, we never add any preservatives or artifical colours.
