History of Salón Gourmets
Salón Gourmets was founded in 1987 as a professional trade fair dedicated to quality food and beverages. 40 editions that have established it as the Gourmet Universe, connecting producers, brands, buyers, distributors, chefs, media and industry professionals. In Spain, Salón Gourmets is the trade fair with the highest number of editions held.
Throughout its history, it has driven product discovery, business creation and the visibility of national and international gastronomic trends.
Grupo Gourmets
Grupo Gourmets was founded in 1976 with the launch of Club de Gourmets, the first Spanish magazine specialising in gastronomy, wine and travel. Since then, it has become one of the leading names in Spain’s gourmet sector.
Throughout its history, the group has developed key projects such as the Gourmets Wine Guide, the Gourmets Wine Club and Salón Gourmets.
Grupo Gourmets offers a global perspective that is transforming the way we live and enjoy fine dining.
Club de Gourmets Magazine
Founded in 1976, it is a publication specialising in gastronomy and wine, with content on current affairs, products, destinations, restaurants, hotels, travel and trends in Spain and abroad. Since its beginnings, it has helped spread gourmet culture and highlight national and international gastronomic excellence. In 2026 it celebrated its 50th anniversary and published its 600th issue.
Gourmets Wine Guide
Published since 1983, it is a reference guide for the wine sector, specialising in the selection, assessment and promotion of wines, wineries and wine regions. A resource for professionals and enthusiasts that showcases the diversity and quality of wine.
Gourmets Wine Club
Created in 1986, it specialises in selecting and recommending wines and gourmet products. Through its experience and expert judgement, it brings the public carefully chosen products selected by the Grupo Gourmets Tasting Committee, highlighting wineries, regions and unique creations.
