To complete your advertising booking, you simply need to supply the final artwork for your advertising creatives, following the guidelines in the information pack we will send you and meeting the specified deadlines. The Organiser will review all submissions to ensure they are aligned with the values of Salón Gourmets, providing constructive feedback where necessary.
Final artwork must be submitted by 15 March 2027. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the technical specifications for your chosen advertising format, together with all the information required to ensure the project runs smoothly. Production and installation will begin once the artwork has been approved and payment has been received.
If your selected advertising format offers several possible locations, we will confirm the specific location available once we have received your booking form.
