Composition varietal:

50%: Sauvignon Blanc

45%: Chardonnay

5%: Pinot Grigio  

Colour: bright pale yellow with green highlights.  

Aroma: intense notes of citrus, pears and apples and Hints of white flowers.  

In mouth: medium bodied wine with a crisp mouth entry. Very fresh and juicy finish with a pleasant acidity.  

Perfect with cheeses, sushi and fish ceviche.
