A Ham which breeds comes from Hungary, THE MANGALICA breed. It is a results of crossing the mangalica, duroc and landrace x large white race of pigs   We buy the raw hams from hungary slaughterhouse and we cure them in Quesada Carpio (Spain) by artisanal ways.   The flavor is stronger and intensive. The meat colour uses to be darker.   The curing time is also more than 18 months.
