Made with water from the Pyrenees, kombutxa, green tea, apple juice and hops.

After a foam of medium consistency, we find a very special yellow-colored beer. In the nose, notes close to the hops appear along with acidic notes and notes near the base of Kombutxa. In a first contact by mouth, its acidity is counteracted by the sugar, creating a very refreshing bittersweet sensation after which broad and long notes of toasted acidity appear, topped by a soft bitterness point. The end is long and invites you to take a second drink in which we can better appreciate the acidic notes that remind us of fresh cider and acid fruits. With many nuances, it is reminiscent of lager beers.
