Pacharan (Sloe liquor)

Our Panizo Pacharán (sloe liquor) is elaborated from a selection of the best sloes macerated in first quality anise during three months. It offers a medium-high layer and complex fruity aromas with grapefruit and citrus notes. In mouth is fruity, round and well balanced leaving in the palate an unctuous touch of anise and sloes. It is perfect to enjoy it cold, alone or with ice.

Of cherry color with reddish tones and upper middle layer. Aniseed aromas with hints of red fruits "ripe sloes", very clean and frangrant, with notes of grapefruit and citrus. Limpa and balanced entry on the palate, very fruity, leaving on the palate a unctuous end of anise and sloes. Nice texture with a fine and persistent finish.
