Red aged wine with a ruby color, subtle aromas of fennel and a pleasant and medium persistence.

The grapes were harvested at night by a mechanical process, in order to ensure aromas and phenolic compounds. The fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature. This wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. This wine presents a ruby color with subtle aromas of fennel and dark chocolate, and less aggressive tannins, forming a pleasant and medium persistence. Vol. 14%
