Salazones COBASAL

        It has always been related to salted fish factories located on the edge of the sea, but this is not the case, because our company is located north of the province of Granada and perhaps it is the most natural, because if we go back to the old for these regions the consumption of salted, preserved and smoked foods had been lavished since, being inland, fresh fish were very difficult to preserve and were salted or smoked so that they would not perish soon.   

      SALAZONES COBASAL is a family company with a long history in the manufacture and commercialization of salted sardines for catering and food businesses. For the last 18 years he has been active in the city of Baza (Granada), within the La Noria Industrial Estate, where he has his factory dedicated mainly to the production of salting of sardines and other salted fish.     

       Being the sardine a fish so versatile and pleasant to the palate, from Cobasal we elaborate this product giving it a salt treatment and a totally handmade handling, so that this delicacy is ready to open and serve.
