At Manjares de la Tierra we are passionate about what we do and are dedicated to the greatest gastronomic treasure given to us by the land in Sarrión so we can transform it into an object of worship.Today, we are the first women diamond polishers in a male-dominated sector who have known how to innovate and adapt ourselves.
