White Wine 100% Albariño D.O Rías Baixas

Carallán is the result of the exclusive contribution of our old vines and the rest in the cellar for 4 months on fine lees. Made with the best Albariño grapes from native vines that adapt very well to granite and clay soils that, together with the microclimate of the area and ancestral blends, makes them unique. The land is sandy enough to drain the abundant rains.

COLOUR:Very clean and bright lemon yellow with prominent greenish hues.

NOSE:Aroma of pronounced intensity, varietal and marked complexity, good floral notes (white flower, magnolia) that stand out over a mixture of fruits such as reinette apple, pear and mandarin.

PALATE:It stands out for its harmony, all the aromatic complexity of the nose reappears together with a wide, persistent mouthfeel and a very refreshing acidity in the aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING:Ideal with all kinds of seafood, fish, rice and japanese cuisine.
