ASOCIACIÓN PISTACHOS DE TOLEDO

Toledo Pistachio Producers Association located in Spain (Castilla La-Mancha) represents 95 farmers, with more than 1,000 hectares, nearly 2,500 acre.

As per the Association objectives of sustainability, profitability, environment respect and health procedures, the most of farmers (60%) produce pistachio with organic certification following European Union organic farming rules and the rest are in various stages of certification.

Main variety is Kerman, but Sirora, Larnaka, Golden Hills, Avdat, Kastel and Aegina are also grown. Currently, 30% of plantations are in production and the estimated rate of growth is 10% per year which means Toledo Pistachio Producers Association capability will be multiplied by 10 in ten years. Finally, needless to mention, our capabilities allows us to offer quality pistachios end to end, from the countryside to the end customer.
