Radiquero cheeses wins the Biescas cheese contest

This weekend the Autumn Fair was held in Biescas. One of the main attractions of the event was the Autumn Cheese Contest, where our Río Vero won first prize. Our team traveled one more year to Biescas to participate in the Autumn Fair. Here are a few photos of our stand. Many were the people who traveled to Biescas this weekend to enjoy the fair. The Autumn Cheese Contest was one of the most anticipated activities. On Saturday, the finalist cheeses were known from among the 18 dairies that entered the competition. All four received a prize. Sunday in Biescas On Sunday the winning cheese was revealed. Our soft cheese, Roquefort type, the Río Vero, emerged the winner and received the award from the mayor, Nuria Pargada, and members of the Committee. At Quesos de Radiquero we are very happy to receive this award. A prize without a doubt for all the work carried out by our people at the Cheese Factory in Adahuesca, so that each day, the cheeses are made with the same dedication and professionalism as the first day.
