White wine D.O. Rueda

For the preservation of flavours we carry out a suble process where the extraction of the must is done at low pressure and in an inert atmosphere controlling oxidation at all times. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature for 10-12 days.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Very fine nose dominated by herbal notes (fennel and mint) and white fruit (green apple). Powerful, tasty and rich in nuances. Slightly oily and varietal feel.
