The only traditional factory (mill) in continental Europe, which since 1725 has been cutting sugarcane, extracting its juice and cooking it with our ancestral recipe "mieldecaña" from Frigiliana.

It can be considered a superfood, very complete and natural. As it is made from the sugar cane plant, it retains many easily assimilated nutrients:

Therefore, when in doubt about which sweetener to take, we recommend our "mieldecaña" as it is a natural product with a good balance of calories and nutrients that other sweeteners do not provide, which is widely used as a restorative for athletes or very active people, and is also a versatile ingredient in cooking, and can be used in sweet dishes, savoury dishes, to make sauces or can be mixed with cold liquids. It should also be noted that our "mieldecaña" is not sulphured.
