Fermentation in 500L french and central european oak barrels, seeking a fruity sensation that blends with those of a delicate aging in wood.

Intense yellow. Complex flavors or ripe fruit and spices in perfect balance with the toasted wood. Ample and full-bodied yet delicate and silky, with lots of nuances and a long finish. Very persistent.
