Can Vallès is an orgànic & biodynamic wine family estate, certified, located in the Penedès region, close to Barcelon, a region of great white wines. Since three years ago we are bottling two white organic wines very gourmand, based in our local variety Xarel.lo. Small production, organic wines very well made, with a fascinating histrory behind. 

Our XAXAXA is an organic white wine, lively, gourmand, velvety, fresh, clean and elegant, no complicated, that always invites you to take another sip. A winner in any restaurant or shop. XAXAXA is made with Xarel.lo , the historical variety of the Penedès, and Chardonnay, the classical variety of International whites. Two great varieties that work very well together , and give us this orgànic white wine so harmonious and well balanced.

Xarel.lo Jeroni Vallès is an organic and biodynamic white wine, very gourmand, wide at the mouth, velvety, with class, gastronomic, that expresses very well the characteristiques of our local variety xarel.lo. Delicious. It comes from biodynamic vineyards and has had a very long fermentation with the yeasts of its environment. Biodynamic viticulture, the diversity of the vineyards, and a slow espontaneous fermentation, give us this wine so subtle and complex. It has the Demeter certification.
