Alimentos de Miraflores is a family business dedicated to producing very high quality dairy products from a variety of milk producing herds found in and around the Guadarrama Mountain Range.
The cheeses and requesones (ricotta type cheese) of Miraflores de la Sierra have traditionally held a reputation for high quality. We aim to reposition these products in the public mind and enter fully into the world of the gourmet as a point of reference of quality and groundbreaking. To this end we are working towards a rebuilding of food farming in the region, producing great products at affordable prices for lovers of cheese and dairy products.
