Salon Gourmets is the largest delicatessen product exhibition area, occupying 6 halls of Ifema Madrid for the first time. Dedicated to the most outstanding high-end gastronomic products, it is celebrating its 38th edition with nearly 2,100 exhibitors, +55,000 products, +1,500 new products, +100,000 professional visitors and +1,300 activities.
