JAMONES CASA BAUTISTA

About Us—Casa Bautista Hams—At Casa Bautista we are a family business, founded in 1925 by Mr. Julio Bautista in the Cáceres town of Montánchez, which is dedicated to the production of products derived from the Iberian pig. The exquisiteness of our pieces is guaranteed by the work of three generations focused on tradition and the care of the pure acorn-fed Iberian pig raised in our pasture, feeding freely among holm oaks and cork oaks. Our history and know-how, transmitted from parents to children, allow us to offer the best Iberian hams from Extremadura at the best price and with the highest quality standards. In fact, Casa Bautista has been part of the prestigious Dehesa de Extremadura Designation of Origin for more than 30 years. The production process of Casa Bautista's Iberian products, such as ham, shoulder, chorizo, loin, patatera or Extremadura salchichón, is taken care of from the origin. Thus, the food, the climate, the salting and the individual, natural and artisanal treatment given to each piece give Casa Bautista's Iberian products from Extremadura their excellent flavor, juiciness, smell and texture.Baptist House in MontánchezMontánchez, located in the north of the region, is the birthplace of the Iberian pig in Extremadura.
