MAMIA ROCK

We present to you OUR SWEET TRIBUTE to Basque gastronomy, and to the preparation of one of its most popular desserts, MÁMIA.

Just tasting a small piece will take us to the mountains where shepherds heated sheep's milk in a clay container called kaiku.

You will be able to appreciate that smoky flavor resulting from introducing hot stones into said broth, which, added to the touch of honey, makes it a dessert full of tradition that you can now taste in the form of a rock bonbon.
