At Maral, our products are the result of a balance between tradition, innovation and respect for the raw material. We make our Artisan Mahón-Menorca Cheese with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) every day, using fresh milk from pasture-raised cows, following methods that have lasted over time. We also make signature cheeses, our own elaborations with unique recipes and carefully refined at different stages of maturation.

The blend of tradition and technology has allowed us to adapt the process to the demands of today's market. Thanks to modern maturing caves and meticulous quality control, we have become one of the producers with the lowest salt content in cheeses, without compromising their flavour or authenticity
