SILUVIO BODEGAS Y VIÑEDOS

Siluvio is the dream of Ladislao Méndez León, ‘Lalo,’ and his wife Leticia. After over 30 years as a wine merchant with Mendez Leon, Lalo founded a small vineyard and winery in southwest Asturias in 2017. Established in 2019, the winery blends tradition with modern technology. Siluvio thrives in Ibias, a region with a unique climate, less rain, and more sunlight. The Cangas wine DOP recognizes this historic territory and the dedication of winemakers and farmers striving to refine strains and craft balanced, characterful wines, preserving a centuries-old tradition with innovation.
