A range of selected 30 years old vines of Tempranillo from the area of Villarejo de Salvanés and 15 years old vines of the Syrah variety from the area of Villa del Prado, are treated carefully to have a very adjusted yield thus respecting the age of the plant and obtaining a greater concentration and maturity. Moreover, the wine has been aged in American and French oak barrels for 6 months.
