We are protected by the quality seal of the Regulatory Council of the Toro Apellation , the quality brand of Castilla y León Tierra de Sabor and located under the influence of the Duero River. We have 12 hectares of family vineyards, the soul of our wines, planted ungrafted, some areas for more than 100 years and we produce a limited number of bottles, approximately 40,000 bottles, so we work only with the hospitality sector: bars, restaurants, gourmet shops and wine shops. We are also the creators of the WINE MIXOLOGY concept, sharing the enjoyment of wine in different ways, such as experiences and workshops on tasting and cocktails with wines and vermouth. With our wines we make an artisan vermouth, recently launched VERMUTTO and we will soon launch a new innovative product made from wine.
