Our Verdejo from Rueda. We started making white wine in the region in the 1970s under the Cantosán brand. 

The grapes are harvested mechanically at night in order to preserve their freshness and ensure that the entire harvest is harvested at its optimum ripeness. Matured on the lees for three months. Ideal as an aperitif and with a wide range of dishes such as fish, rice, fried foods and sushi.
