100% natural product obtained following our traditional artisan methods. Composed of 96º molasses alcohol from France, water from Subbética region, sugar nº1, natural aroma of Matalahúga Andaluza. The raw materials are assembled and then filtered up to three times and bottled. It is a clear, crystalline, genuine, balanced sweet drink with a pleasant taste of matalahúga. It is marketed in a 100 cl. rough bottle, a 50 cl. smooth bottle and miniatures of various sizes. We recommend drinking it neat at cellar temperature or with ice and water. Pairs well with desserts, coffee and ice cream. Widely used in confectionery and cooking to prepare sauces and sweets.
