Caminero Fighting Bull Sausages are artisanal sausages made with meat from fighting bulls raised free-range on the La Cigoñera estate in Palencia, Spain. These sausages are cured using traditional methods but are made primarily with lean fighting bull meat and Iberian pork jowl for added juiciness. The use of fighting bull meat gives these products an interesting nutritional profile, with high protein content, polyunsaturated fatty acids, Omega-3, and vitamin E.
Our current product range includes spicy chorizo, sweet chorizo, salchichón, and cecina (cured beef).
Caminero fighting bull sausages are a unique alternative among classic Spanish sausages, offering a special touch thanks to their raw material (fighting bull meat) and their artisanal production.
