Celery salad

Praised for its medicinal properties since ancient times, celery is advisable for low-calorie diets. From the Umbelliferae family, the celeriac used in canning is rich in mineral salts, vitamins A, C and E. At Rioverde we prepare it grated and with a very pleasant sweet and sour dressing, with which our Celery Salad is ready to be consumed.
