Ternura is an artisan culinary workshop based in A Coruña, Spain, specializing in premium gourmet pies and high-quality gluten-free products. We operate with a deeply artisanal approach, respecting traditional methods, careful timing, and rigorous raw material selection.

Our pies are made without added yeast—apart from the natural yeast present in the Estrella Galicia beer used in the dough—resulting in a lighter, crispier texture.

The fillings are cooked in open pans, following traditional culinary techniques, and we use certified flours free from additives and stabilizers. We apply a three-stage baking process followed by rapid freezing with liquid nitrogen, preserving the product’s organoleptic properties and ensuring consistent quality, food safety, and reliability in every unit.

In addition, we have developed a dedicated gluten-free range—including pies, mini pies, and bakery products—designed for both the horeca channel and specialized distribution, always maintaining the same artisanal standards.
