TIERRA CAMPESINA

In the heart of the Sierra Sur de Gredos, where nature breathes pure and vibrant, Tierra Campesina was founded, an agro-ecological project that honours the traditions of the countryside and the biodiversity of its surroundings.

We cultivate with great dedication the most delicious medicinal plants of these latitudes and transform them into whole-leaf herbal teas, keeping their aromas, properties and freshness intact. Each sip is a journey to our crops, where respect for the land and love for the countryside merge into a unique sensory experience. 

We also grow a multitude of culinary herbs (from basil to tarragon) and vegetables of selected varieties. 

We are not yet certified organic, but we work within its principles.
