Tasting sessions of truffle gourmet products
Throughout the fair, visitors will be invited to taste a selection of Truffal gourmet products. These tastings will allow guests to experience the distinctive aroma and flavour of black truffle through oils, sauces, cheeses, cured meats, honeys and other truffle specialties. The tastings will demonstrate different ways of incorporating truffle into gastronomy, from simple appetizers to more refined culinary applications.
