allflorida Xocolaters, located in Sant Esteve de Palautordera (Montseny), is an artisan pastry and chocolate shop that since 1983 has combined tradition and innovation. With Gerard and Lluís leading the workshop, the company has evolved towards a proposal where chocolate, turrón and especially artisan panettone take center stage. We create high-quality products using carefully selected ingredients and a deep respect for the craft. Our panettones —awarded Best Artisan Panettone in Spain in 2023— and our turrones represent our identity: flavor, technique and passion. Awards such as Best Artisan Butter Croissant in Spain (2015) support our work.
