Four generations of the Beyer family have fabricated jams and preserves of the highest quality, using well respected and well tested ancestral techniques. To guarantee the best results, fruits destined for Beyer products are subjected to a meticulous selection process before undergoing carful preparatory procedures that conserve the maximum of a fruit’s character and ?avour. The traditional preparation methods involve slowly cooking the fruit, uncovered, in copper or stainless steel vats, for around 45 minutes. Beyer prides itself in its use of traditional techniques.
