Cooperative located in Periana, a town in the Alta Axarquía region of Malaga, in a rugged mountain range 25 km from the Mediterranean Sea.
Our partners give us their olives from the mythical centuries-old Verdiales olive trees, which are a unique variety in the world.
We elaborate exclusively extra virgin olive oil of differentiated quality.The secret of our quality: to start from a fresh and healthy fruit, to squeeze its juice intact through the latest centrifugation technology, the low temperatures throughout the production process, the absolute hygiene and passion for our work.
