ALIMINTER, S.A.

Aliminter, S.A. was founded in 1996 in Ceutí (Murcia, Spain), as a sauces and pickles factory. This activity has expanded till, inluding Preserves of Fruits and Vegetables Conserves, Sweet Products and Chilled Products. In 2001, a second production unit, ALICOMAR, S.A., was opened in Morocco, where the company produces pickles and sauces.

It produces a wide range of products and packagings destinated to different distribution channels, to cover the most quality demanding customers. The company is co-packer for major international brands and restaurant chains. It works in the three segments (retail, food service and industry). It also produces under its brands: angor (savoury ambient products), Betania (sweet ambient products), Chalapa River (Tex Mex products) and Bon Appetitus (chilled sauces & dips). 

Its production installed capacity is more than 20,000 kg/hour. aliminter covers a wide range of packaging, from 3g. of hot seasoing oil, to 1000kg of mayonnaise combo. In portion pack line, Aliminter offers a wide range of products (sauces, dips, jams, honey...). The company has qualified R&D Department, since its customers are constantly looking to improve their products and packaging systems. Aliminter has obtained international food safety certifications. Recently, it has obtained the FSSC 22,000.

Among its different products, you can find:

• Sauces. Clasic sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, barbecue sauce…), dressings for salads (yoghourt dressing, salad cream, bluee cheese, garlic dressing...), sauces for pasta (Provenzale sauce, Napolitana sauce, Bolognesa sauce...), Gourmet sauces (bearnesa sauce, tartara sauce, roquefort sauce, curry sauce...), ethicn sauces (piri piri sauce, soy sauce, samurai sauce, american burguer sauce...), tex mex sauces (cheese dip sauce, tacos sauce...).
• Pickles. Banderillas (hot & non hot, with cut or whole gherkin...), cherry pepper, habanero pepper, hot chilli pepper, gherkins, cocktail onions, etc.
• Fruit conserves (peach, pear, fruit cocktail...) and Vegetables conserves (tomato, artichocke bottoms...).
