Hummus. Chilled product.

Aliminter produces chilled products under its brand Bon Appetitus: Hummus, Guacamole, Taramasalata, Alioli and Grated Tomato. You can find them in plastic cups of 200 g capacity. It is also available in pouches and buckets, for food service and industry segments.

Hummus is an spreadable cream, produced by cooked chickpeas and sesame. In its classic oriental use it is served seasoned with a dash of extra virgin olive oil and paprika. In its Mediterranean style it is combined with vegetables such as pepper or aubergine. You can also use it for wraps and sandwiches.
