BODEGAS AMPRIUS LAGAR

Amprius Lagar, boutique winery of quality wines that recovers the centenary traditions of the area and produces wines that express the character of the territory of Matarraña, Aragón, Spain. On our 125 hectare estate with 42 hectares of vineyards, the varieties chosen for their quality and adaptation were Garnacha, Syrah, Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay, with very limited, controlled and ecological production; guarded by the great farmhouse of the 17th century. All our wines present a differentiated and singular elaboration process due to the use of aging on lees and without wood of any kind that can hide the quality and the fruity nuances of the grapes. Later, they have long maturations both in tanks and in bottles. For the production of wine we have the Aragonese master Jesus Navascués, one of the greatest exponents of Spanish enology.
