Our company has been linked to the breeding of the duck since 1988. We have now evolved to completely close the production process, from the first day of life, until the commercialization, passed through the priming and processing, thus achieving the objective of traceability .
One of our main products, such as foie gras, is appetizing to the eye, with a complex flavor and a smooth and unctuous texture. Each time, bigger chefs from the best establishments use it in their kitchen. It can be served accompanied by some types of salads, although cold and on slices of lightly toasted bread, is the way to taste it with greater intensity.
