Vermut PRIMO de Lanzarote

We make the first vermouth of the Canary Islands, from Malvasia Volcánica and Diego.

Lanzarote wines have a very marked volcanic-mineral flavour and are balanced by their relatively high acidity due to the type of soil in which the grapes are grown and the sub-desert climate of the island and the influence of the trade winds.

By choosing a quality wine base we wanted to maintain the unique nuances, both in smells and flavours, of the varieties of Malvasia Volcánica and Diego.

Later, in the assembly phase, they are fused with an original mixture of selected herbs and spices, keeping the characteristics of the grapes in the vermouth.
