Es una empresa familiar fundada en 1994, que les ofrece su ya renombrado producto “La Guindilla de Ibarra” con el certificado de Eusko Label de Calidad. La producción de Zubelzu se realiza de forma cuidadosa, utilizando las prácticas de cultivo más respetuosas con el medio ambiente. La recolección es rigurosa y selectiva, realizándose en el momento justo de su desarrollo.
A través de inspecciones y controles establecidos desde el origen hasta la comercialización, El Consejo Regulador del Label Vasco de Calidad, certifica y garantiza las características de la Guindilla Zubelzu, que accede al mercado con la etiqueta de Label Vasco.
Zubelzu Piparrak SL recibió el 2016 el galardón “Superior Taste Award”, del iTQi, con una estrella por su producto más representativo, la Gilda de Ibarra. Es el único sello de calidad en sabor otorgado por líderes de opinión, chefs y sommeliers con estrellas Michelin.
