Established 50 years ago, SANMER has three generations’ experience devoted to processing olives. We work with the finest traditions, the best professionals and the most modern facilities.

We choose the highest quality olives and use our knowledge to create an excellent product that complies with the most stringent quality controls. In fact, we were awarded with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 food quality European rules and Kosher certificates.

Located in the north of Cáceres, our factory (with facilities of over 15.000m2 and 4.000m2 ) produces over 4.500 tons annually. This allows us to cover any demand from our national and international customers

Our products: black olives (whole, pitted, sliced), green olives (whole, pitted, sliced, anchovy flavour), stuffed olives (pepper, cheese, lemon, anchovy, tuna, salmon)
