Platé White, Banana Wine, medium dry.

PLATÉ White,  is a delicious fruity banana white Wine,medium dry,   which is made by fermentation of the canary bananas which are selected individually to create a product of unique quality. PLATE does not contain any artificial flavour or colouring agents. In the visual phase it shows a pale but very shiny yellow. The smell is intense, it offers aromas of tropical and white fruits, pineapple, passion fruit, apple, peach and of course a smooth flavour of banana. In the mouth it fills up the palatine with plenty of fruity notes, it is fresh, light and balanced. To be enjoyed alone or matches with aperitifs, salads, rice, fish, white meat and desserts. Serve between 6 and 8 ºC.

Tasting notes: Colour: shiny pale yellow. Bouquet: The aroma has notes of fresh, fruity, mostly tropical fruits (peach, pineapple, guava, passion fruit, and other white varieties as apple), with banana nuances, but not too sweet or persisting, and a note of fine pastries. Taste: The taste sensation is sweet, but not unduly. With floral nuances and its fruit aroma it carries us on into tropical zones. And again a continuous banana tone, but not strenuous. A very fresh and light wine without having a too alcoholic effect, altogether harmonically concerted.  

Matching: Matches perfectly with aperitifs, raw and smoked fish (sushi, sashini), rice, salads and desserts. Temperature: Serve cold (between 6 and 8 ºC) and use ice cubes or cooler at the table.

Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.

Total acid content: from 6,5 to 7,0 gr/lt.

Residual sugar: from 8 to 12 gr/lt.
