ARTEMONTE is a family business specialized in the elaboration of high added value products from wild meat.

We carry out our activity in Aldeaquemada, a town in the north of the province of Jaen located in the Despeñaperros National Park in the middle of nature, which makes it an ideal place for the development of animals and our activity.

Artemonte is a specialist in the production of cold meats, preserves, pates and dishes of the 4th and 5th range from wild meats. We mainly work with venison, wild boar, fallow deer, partridge, wild duck and pheasant.

We focus on manufacturing premium products in an artisanal way but adapted to current market needs, so our facilities and production are certified by the IFS, which guarantees the quality and food safety of both our processes and our products. The result is products highly appreciated by the consumer due to their distinction and quality.

We have a line of cold meats designed to be consumed by Muslims due to the absence of pork. We are also trained and specialized in cutting these animals, which allows us to offer all possible cuts of meat that exist for these animals.
