ECOVINAL is a company based in Sartaguda (Navarra - North Spain), with a history of more than 25 years of experience, which currently has a production of 32 million liters, with a wide range of products, ranging from traditional vinegars, to organic vinegars, and a wide portfolio of balsamic glazes, etc. In addition to Spain, we sell worldwide to more than 32 countries. We are the largest Spanish exporter of Vinegars, doubling in volume and turnover the exports of the rest of the Spanish manufacturers together. We have IFS (Higher Level) and BRC A+ Certifications.

ECOVINAL is leader in the production of apple cider vinegars and organic wine and fruit eco vinegars, both filtered and unfiltered (with mother), 100% natural. In the case of apple cider vinegar, we make it from apples that we ourselves grow in our area. This means that we do not depend on external suppliers of apples, that may proceed from other geographical areas, helping us to control the entire production process (from the harvest of the raw material). Therefore, vinegars are made out from cold-pressed fruit, and not from concentrate or mixtures.

For all these reasons, we always offer the best quality/price ratio available in the market, both for traditional apple cider vinegar, as in the case of organic vinegars, and in our range of balsamic creams of different flavours, traditional or BIO.
