Mieles Anta was born out of respect for nature and a passion for traditional beekeeping. Located in a privileged setting, surrounded by wild flora and natural landscapes, the company was created with the aim of offering pure, high-quality honey, produced using traditional methods. Since its inception, Mieles Anta has worked with sustainably managed hives, allowing bees to collect nectar from native flowers that provide unique aromas and flavours. Each harvest reflects the richness of the land and a commitment to natural processes, without additives or treatments that alter the essence of the honey. Over time, Mieles Anta has maintained its philosophy: combining tradition, respect for the environment and excellence in every jar. Today, its honeys are the result of patient work, where quality and authenticity are the true essence of the product.Today we bring that essence to the Gourmet Fair, inviting you to discover the taste of authentic honey, made with patience, tradition and the unmistakable character of our land.
