Panduru is an Asturian social economy company founded by Ana and Elena. Where others see waste, we see value: we transform traceable surplus bread from artisan bakeries into circular pastry, combined with local and seasonal ingredients. We also offer zero-waste coffee breaks and catering, and training and awareness sessions on circular economy and food waste. We haven't invented anything new — we've brought back the culture of food recovery that generations of women already practised, turning it into dignified economic activity and a lever for social change. Winner of the 2025 Premio Alimentos de España for Entrepreneurial Initiative. Bread doesn't go to waste. It transforms.
