The brothers Araceli and José Ramón Blanco, we exploited for years the family olive farm located in the hills of Úbeda in the Jiennense district of La Loma .Andalucía.

Our farm called Finca Pichilin, is the family farm for 4 generations in which, generation after generation, there has been the improvement of production processes, the installation of irrigation, the introduction of machinery in the olive grove. In the bosom of a family with a strong olive growing and entrepreneur tradition, we started 5 years ago the production of an Extra Virgin olive oil (EVOO) of early extraction and of high quality. Our olive tradition and roots are linked to disciplines such as medicine and pharmacy in several of its leaders and promoters.

This oil comes from the olives of our own farm. The challenge of preparing this type of olive oil requires a proven dose of technical capabilities. Obtaining an excellent product requires a vocation of absolute quality in each of the production processes. From the normal processes of the care of the plant during the year, through the selection of the fruit, the right moment of maturation, the methodology and optimum conditions of the collection, the process of manufacture of the EVOO, the manipulation and storage of the oil obtained. Everything has been carefully studied in search of an excellent result.
