Agasur is a cooperative established almost 30 years ago. Nowadays, Agasur has 150 members, who collect daily more than 50.000 litter of goat’s milk.
Since its beginning, Agasur has set as a goal to obtain milk oh high quality by means of selecting milk and a strict control in every step of the elaborating process. This result is reflected in an excellent range of cheeses that we present here, elaborated by our cheese maker.
Those cheese, marketed under the brand “EL PINSAPO, SIERRA DE LAS NIEVES”, are the fruit of the philosophy of doing things simply by reaching the excellence by bringing together the acknowledge, efforts and resources.
