As part of Salón Gourmets, GourmetQuesos brings together the very best of Spain’s cheese-making industry.
It offers an excellent opportunity to develop new business opportunities, both nationally and internationally, with buyers, distributors and companies seeking high-quality products.
Our main aim is to showcase the authenticity of our national products and the artisanal craftsmanship behind the cheeses presented in this dedicated area. Guidelines:
Guidelines:
- To preserve the visual appeal of the stands and reflect the artisanal nature of the producers, vacuum-packed cheeses may not be displayed on the exhibition tables. The organisers will provide food-grade paper to exhibitors upon request.
- The organisers will provide a refrigerated storage room for exhibitors to use. Access and use of this facility will be overseen by the GourmetQuesos team

- Opening of the exhibitor file.

- Right to receive a Reservation Reference Number.

- Right to list activities the exhibitor intends to organise during Salón Gourmets.
- Right to include the exhibitor’s details and products in the Official Catalogue.
- Right to submit exhibitor news for potential publication on Grupo Gourmets’ social media channels.
- Access to and listing in the Salón Gourmets app.
- Access to the visitor data capture app, allowing visitors’ details to be collected by scanning their QR codes.

- Customised sign measuring 0.60 × 0.40 m (*)
- Company logo in black cut vinyl: square logos measuring 0.70 × 0.70 m, or rectangular logos measuring 1 × 0.32 m, depending on the company’s requirements (**).
- 2 full-event invitations (valid for all four days) and 8 single-day invitations.
- 2 exhibitor passes.
- 1 parking pass, valid from 25 to 29 April.
- Wooden ladder-style shelving unit with two shelves measuring 1.20 m and 0.90 m.
- Display counter (2.00 × 0.60 m).

- 1 electrical socket (500 W).
Maximum of 2 spaces per invoice.
Full payment is due upon booking.
(*) Once the exhibition has ended, exhibitors may keep the sign for their own use.
(**) Please submit the artwork in monochrome (i.e. a single colour) and in vector format by 15 March 2027. Any artwork that requires adaptation will incur an additional charge.
